Hala Kershah is an international healthcare strategy and operations leader. Currently serving as the Administrator for the Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, she is responsible for bringing complex and world-class care to the Middle East and North Africa.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Hala held the position of Regional Senior Program Manager at Kaiser Permanente Northwest. In this role, she oversaw the strategy and implementation of the Medical and Dental Integration Program, transforming the delivery of dental care within KPNW. Hala initially joined KPNW as an Administrative Fellow, her work with the Medical and Dental Integration program aimed to establish a new standard of affordable and high-quality integrated care.
Hala's background spans patient care, operations, strategy, cultural transformation, and finance. She is recognized as a change agent and a mental health enthusiast. She is the founder of NovaMind, a professional development platform founded to deliver tailored, culturally specific content addressing the professional challenges facing the UAE and Middle East workforce.
Hala holds a master’s degree in health administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, along with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Oral Medicine from Alexandria University Faculty of Dentistry.
