Travis Kumph has served Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Brattleboro, VT since 2022 and is currently the Senior Director of Quality, Patient Safety, and Organizational Excellence. In that role, Travis oversees all quality and patient safety efforts and inititaives including organizational performance and quality improvement efforts, survey readiness, infection prevention, Patient-Centered Medical Home certification, and care management. Prior to that, Travis served as Organizational Excellence Manager at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH. Travis holds an undergraduate degree from Stonehill College in Healthcare Administration and Spanish and a Healthcare Master of Business Administration degree from Franklin Pierce University. Travis also holds Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CPHQ, and CHC certifications and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. Travis is co-founder and long-time Board member of FNE International, a nonprofit dedicated to partnering with communities in Nicaragua, Peru, and the Dominican Republic to identify opportunities to advance health, housing, and education. Travis, his wife Kristi, and their three children reside in Dublin, NH, and enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling.
