Conway Regional Health System
Rebekah Fincher serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Conway Regional Health System. As part of her role, she also serves as the organization's Designated Institutional Official (DIO) for Graduate Medical Education.
Rebekah began her career in 2010 and works to develop and implement strategies for the health system. She is responsible for growth and business development for the health system. Some of her most notable accomplishments include:
-Overseeing accreditation for the organizations Graduate Medical Education Program (GME) and implementing three community hospital residency programs, including family medicine, internal medicine and a rural training track for family medicine;
-Executing over 15 clinic merger and acquisitions in 6 years
-Growing the Provider Enterprise from 20 providers to over 110 in 8 years
Rebekah received a Masters Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and in 2019, was named Arkansas' C.E. Melville Young Administrator of the Year by the Arkansas Hospital Association.
Rebekah maintains administrative oversight for the Health System's Provider Enterprise employing over 110 providers, made up of primary care, specialty care, and hospitalists, as well as Graduate Medical Education, Therapy Services, Marketing and Strategic Communications, and the organizations medically based Health and Fitness Center.
Rebekah enjoys training for half marathons, cycling, reading, baking, traveling, and water sports. She and her husband, John, have been married for 14 years and reside in Conway with their two sons, Ethan (8) and Bennett (3).
