Kim is passionate about performance improvement and helping healthcare organizations achieve excellence. She is well versed in working with administrators, physicians, and various internal and external stakeholders to solve complex problems and execute large, challenging projects. One of her greatest strengths is pulling together teams, building consensus, and leading the implementation of new and improved care delivery processes, particularly under alternative and bundled payment models.
Over the past 20 years, Kim has held numerous leadership roles in nearly every healthcare setting, including acute care, home care and hospice, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and ambulatory care. As a Principal with ECG Management Consultants, her work at ECG focuses on quality and operational improvement, service line strategy and development, organizational transformation, and care coordination.
Kim is board certified in healthcare administration as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). She currently serves on the panel of judges for The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) Baldrige-based regional award program for Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, and Illinois. She has a PhD in organization and management with a specialization in leadership from Capella University, as well as a master of science degree in physical therapy from D’Youville College.
