With over three decades in the healthcare industry, Joseph Woodin is a versatile healthcare leader known for his strategic vision and transformative impact on both independent and integrated non-profit hospitals. Currently serving as the President and CEO at Copley Hospital and Health Systems, Inc. in Morrisville, Vermont, Joseph is seasoned at efficiently managing capital investments and service expansions, including the acquisition of advanced medical technologies and the development of new healthcare facilities. With a passion for implementing innovative healthcare programs, and driving organizational growth and technological advancements, he has served on many boards, including the Vermont Association of Hospital & Health Systems, and OneCare Vermont Accountable Care Organization. His contributions have been acknowledged by the Vermont State Senate and House of Representatives through the House Concurrent Resolution (HCR346) for his outstanding leadership. Joseph holds a master’s degree in administration from Saint Michael’s College and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/operations research from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is also a Fellow of the Advisory Board’s Healthcare Executive Development Program. Joe enjoys the outdoors, exploring many mountains and parks. He resides in Morrisville and has three grown children.
