Claire Dundon is a Senior Consultant at Kaufman Hall within their Strategy and Business Transformation practice, where she leads the design of cutting-edge strategic initiatives that address the most complex challenges facing health systems today. Her expertise in data-driven analysis, financial optimization, and organizational transformation positions her as a trusted advisor to clients and healthcare leaders.
Previously, Claire served as Director of Population Health at Oak Street Health, a CVS value-based primary care organization, where she led strategy and operations for nine centers across the Charlotte and South Carolina markets. There she championed innovative population health strategies that enhanced care delivery for Medicare patients, aligning clinical outcomes with organizational goals. In 2022 Claire completed an American Hospital Association (AHA) internship at Providence Health with the South Division Strategy and Business Development team.
Claire earned her Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Radford University, where she was a Division I women’s soccer athlete. She went on to complete her Master of Health Administration at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, serving as President of the student professional organization and earning induction into the prestigious Upsilon Phi Delta Honor Society. Claire is now pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business as a Forte Fellow. She resides in Charlotte, NC, with her dog, Nala, and enjoys gardening, traveling, and backyard chickens.
