Tony To is a first generation Vietnamese American, born and raised in Everett, WA. He graduated from the University of Washington (UW) with Bachelors in both Psychology and Communication. After working a couple years in clinical research and process improvement at Seattle Children's Research Institute, he went back to UW and graduated with a Master’s in Health Administration in 2022 from the School of Public Health. He went on to complete his Administrative Fellowship at MultiCare Health System, a not-for-profit health system based in Tacoma, WA. He had the opportunity to work within their Integration Office, where he gained experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint venture and strategic partnerships, and transactions. In addition, he also supported the President for their hospital in Yakima, WA, as an interim chief-of-staff.
He currently works for Atlas Healthcare Partners, one of the fastest growing ambulatory surgery center (ASC) management companies in the country. As the Program Manager for Strategy & Growth, he supports new growth opportunities and executes strategic planning for existing and new joint venture partnerships. He also supports and leads the sales strategy for the organization as part of their growth efforts. Lastly, he co-founded a nonprofit organization in early 2024 called FIRST - Fostering Inclusive Resources for Student Transformation, where its mission is to bridge the gap of access to educational and career opportunities for first generation high school students. The nonprofit is currently piloting their virtual mentorship program for high school students within California.
