regulations, but one which allows for growth and recognition. Effectiveness with organization aptitude encompassing, healthcare
operations, regulatory compliance, customer engagement, performance improvement, value based care, quality management
and Health Law leads to a combination which engenders multiple possibilities of success.
Heidi L Porter is the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs of both Wheeling Hospital and Reynolds Memorial Hospital. With over 20 years of health care experience, Heidi brings vast knowledge of healthcare quality, health law and policy, risk management, robust process improvement, and human centered design. Heidi is a leader in health equity and climate and health. Heidi is a certified Ikigai Coach. Heidi is certified in Human Centeref Design and Six Sigma. Heidi grew up in Bethesda, Ohio and earned an undergraduate degree from Ohio University, a master’s degree
from Muskingum University, and a degree in Health Law and Policy from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Additionally, Heidi earned a climate and health certificate from Yale.
