Hemal Prasad, MHA, CPH is the Program Manager for Financial Sustainability for Florida market of the Cleveland Clinic. He stewards the efforts of over 100 caregivers and hundreds of financial sustainability initiatives, and supports the Florida market's Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief of Staff and many other market leaders on a number of sustainability initiatives. Before serving as Program Manager, Hemal completed his Administrative Fellowship with the Cleveland Clinic where he managed and completed a host of projects related to clinical operations, information technology, continuous improvement, and strategy.
Hemal also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, teaching graduate-level finance courses covering financial planning, cost accounting, and strategic decision-making. He received his Master of Health Administration (MHA) and Certificate in Health Informatics from the University of South Florida in 2023, and is Certified in Public Health (CPH). He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives chapter in South Florida, and is working towards his Fellow status. He is also a Certified Association in Project Management (CAPM), and is actively gaining experience for his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in the future.
