    Ashley M. Carlucci, DNP, MHA, RN, CEN, CENP is a distinguished Nurse Executive Leader with extensive experience in enhancing patient care outcomes and fostering organizational growth. Currently serving as Market Chief Nursing Officer for University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH, she oversees nursing practices across 7 regional facilities. With a strong background in healthcare administration, Ashley has effectively integrated multiple hospital systems, developed executive nursing leaders, and contributed to significant initiatives such as the "Care Team of Tomorrow" redesign.

    Ashley holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, Executive Track from Case Western Reserve University and a Masters in Health Administration. She was recently recognized as Becker’s Hospital Review – Rising Stars: 104 Healthcare Leaders to Know. She enjoys speaking both locally and nationally as a nursing executive expert focused on professional development and staff engagement. Ashley is a published author and has conducted research on EQ and healthy work environments for nurse leaders as well as care delivery design changes focused on patient outcomes and staff perception.
