    The Forum on Advances in Healthcare Leadership Research focuses on research with direct applicability to healthcare organizations. During the session, two researchers, selected by ACHE’s Research Committee, will present the results of their studies of issues significant to healthcare leadership. Topics for the 2025 presentations include the human-technology continuum and inclusive leadership and cultural competence in the healthcare setting.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Examine the effects and implications of technology on patient care and healthcare employees.
    • Discuss the impact of inclusive leadership and cultural competence on staff job satisfaction and patient care in healthcare settings.
