    Now more than ever, succession planning is critical in healthcare. Retirements, workforce shortages and the increasing need to retain top talent has resulted in the imperative to prioritize succession planning across organizational levels. Join panelists Margaret Crotty, chair of Northwell Health’s Board of Trustees, and Jack Lynch III, FACHE, president and CEO of Main Line Health, with moderator John S. Winkleman, director of The Health System Simulation at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, as they discuss succession experiences, preparations for change at the top, and best practices for proactive and strategic planning in healthcare leadership.
