As an 108-year-old association viewed nationally as a "trusted broker," The Center for Health Affairs and key leaders convened 250+ community partners—including 10 health system in Northeast Ohio and 38 hospitals—to create the world's first scalable Social Determinants of Health Innovation Hub with support of Amazon Web Services that uses advanced analytics and AI to identify patterns linked to health disparities. With this first momentous step, over 70 CEOs and executives from government, nonprofits and for-profit organizations are solving the root causes of health disparities.
