Clinician engagement has also been found to be an effective tool for combating burnout, an increasing and pervasive issue across the industry. This comprehensive 1.5-hour session is designed to equip healthcare professionals and leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance clinician engagement within their organizations. Participants will explore the key elements of clinician engagement, including effective communication, leadership development, collaborative teamwork and the impact of organizational culture. The session is intended to be interactive, using participants' real-life challenges and stories as discussion points to identify how clinician engagement can be improved. Presenters will cover strategies to foster engagement through practical approaches such as mentoring, feedback systems, effective incentives and professional development opportunities.
