Strategy & Innovation
Leaders in healthcare workforce and technological transformation will share perspectives on how the merging of new staffing models and IT advancements are shaping the future of healthcare delivery. The focus is to highlight how various new digital nursing and remote care team environments are transforming existing hospitals and capital prioritization and investment. Presenters will cover how mechanisms for streamlining staffing and quantification of improved staffing metrics, driven by A.I. adoption, are transforming care delivery; leveraging remote team environments and technology to optimize response and throughput times and increase outcomes; current approaches to digital nursing and their impact on clinical care and facility capital; and how to use a systematic demand forecast, impacted by AI, that reimagines the need for clinical and administrative space. The session also will include a discussion of the change management required and lessons learned to achieve meaningful transformation through technology and capital prioritization. Panelists will offer both qualitative and quantitative perspectives on how technologies are shaping the healthcare landscape and share key lessons learned in early adoption of new AI tools, highlighting their impact on capital needed (or saved) in both labor and facilities.
