Unlocking Leadership Skills for Resilient and Lower-Carbon Healthcare (ENVIR)

In this Boot Camp, participants will develop their leadership skills to help future-proof their own hospitals, while also identifying new sources of cost savings and employee engagement. They will gain understanding of the organizational benefits that contribute to healthier environments and communities. They will also learn how changes to the environment affect human health and healthcare service delivery. Through insights from the U.S. and around the world, and participation in an innovative management simulation, they will leave with concrete next steps and enhanced decision-making skills for pursuing resilience within their organizations and the communities they serve.
