To be the professional association of choice that transforms the multicultural Latino experience in the national healthcare leadership space.

For close to 20 years, NALHE has served Hispanic and multicultural healthcare professionals, leaders and communities across the country. This year let’s continue to build on our successes. Join us as we amplify and expand our programs, such as early career mentorship, mid-level career skills building, and executive networking. We can’t do this alone. Let’s work together to ensure Latina and Latino representation is normalized from clinicians to executives, from C-suites to boardrooms.
