Degree programs at the School of Global Health Management and Informatics include: Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (HIIM B.S.): This program focuses on the intersection of healthcare and information technology, training students to manage health information systems effectively and contribute to the advancement of healthcare delivery. Students will have the opportunity to earn their CCA and prepare for RHIA credentials before completing the program. Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics (HI B.S.): This program offers an exciting path to a Bachelor of Science degree, combining healthcare, IT, and data analytics into a dynamic, interdisciplinary experience. Health informatics is all about leveraging advanced tech and data to enhance how care is delivered. In this field, you'll work with health IT systems, analyze data, and support clinical decision-making, all while driving the future of healthcare. Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration (HSA B.S) This program is designed to educate future health services administrators and healthcare managers on how to effectively plan, direct and coordinate the delivery of healthcare. Our undergraduate program will also prepare students for an advanced degree in health services administration or other related disciplines. Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA): Geared towards aspiring healthcare leaders, the MHA program provides a solid foundation in management principles specific to the healthcare industry, preparing graduates for leadership roles in diverse healthcare settings. There are two tracks in the MHA program; we offer an executive, fully online track, and our traditional in-person track is geared towards individuals with less experience in the healthcare industry. Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics (HCI M.S.): This program delves into the application of information technology in healthcare, emphasizing analyzing and utilizing health data to enhance patient care, streamline processes, and improve overall healthcare outcomes. Students will be able to complete industry certifications in CPHIMS/CAHIMS, and/or PMP/CAPM while in the program.
