This complimentary Congress service will help early- and mid-career executives with strategies on navigating a career path in healthcare management. Conducted by senior-level ACHE members, these will help participants gain a greater understanding of how to advance their careers. Registration for 20-minute appointments is available until Mar. 18, 2020, as space permits.

Select a 20-minute appointment on Tuesday, March 24 or Wednesday, March 25. Register early. A limited number of on-site registrations may be available. Only Congress registrants may participate in this program.

Resume Review

By appointment:

Would you like a senior-level healthcare executive to review your resume and give you tips for improvement? In this complimentary service, experienced ACHE member volunteers will review and critique resumes. Registration for 20-minute appointments is available until Mar. 18, 2020, as space permits.

Employer Connect

ACHE’s Congress Employer Connect provides job applicants opportunities to connect with employers on-site.

Hours: 

  • Sunday, March 22, 1:00–5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, March 23, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 24, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, March 25, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

How It Works

Each employer will post the job opening(s) it is looking to fill by going to ache.org/Congress/JobBank and following the job posting instructions. Job openings will be listed in the Employer Connect online job bank, which is only available during Congress. Interested applicants will submit hard copies of their resumes directly to employers using drop boxes available on-site in the Employer Connect area.

Please note: The link for the Employer Connect service, available only at Congress, is separate from the online ACHE Job Center offered year-round. Employers should only post positions using the Employer Connect link if they willing to conduct interviews at Congress. The following link will be active starting Jan. 1: ache.org/Congress/JobBank.

Guidelines for Employers

  • To list job opportunities with Employer Connect, employers must be willing to conduct interviews at Congress. There will be a designated area available for conducting interviews; employers also may make other arrangements to meet with candidates. Please note: If you have an open position(s) but are not able to interview at Congress, you may list your position(s) in the standard online ACHE Job Center. This is a separate service.
  • Post your position(s) online at ache.org/Congress/JobBank beginning Jan. 1. Position postings will be accepted through Friday, March 20, and will appear in the Congress online job bank immediately upon submission. Employers may bring job listings on a USB flash drive for posting jobs on-site. Please be sure to fill in the salary or salary range in the appropriate field.
  • Employers do not have to register for Congress to use Employer Connect. We encourage employers to check in early at Employer Connect to maximize their use of the service and to get the most exposure with applicants. Only employers who have checked in at Employer Connect may review resumes and contact applicants.

Please note: After Congress, employers who submitted positions online will have the option of posting their listing(s) in the standard online ACHE Job Center.

Guidelines for Applicants

  • Employer Connect is only offered for registered Congress attendees, so please be sure to register.
  • You may bring your resume on a USB flash drive and print copies on-site in the Employer Connect area. For each position for which you are interested in applying, you must submit a resume to the Employer Connect attendants who will manage the employer drop boxes on-site.
  • If called upon, be prepared to interview at Congress. Employers with positions listed with Employer Connect will be present and conducting interviews on-site.
