Government room rates are available to uniformed service members and other government-employed Congress attendees at the prevailing government per diem for Houston. Reservations can be made online.
All reservations must be made through MCI USA to receive discounted rates; do not call the hotel directly.
Please note that hotels require valid identification to confirm eligibility for the government rate at check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include federal, state, or local government employee photo ID. A driver’s license alone does not qualify as proof of government employment. Guests unable to provide appropriate identification may be charged the standard room rate at check-in.
