*To receive the Student Associate registration rate, submit an ACHE Student Associate membership application along with your $75 membership dues. Visit ache.org/membership for membership information. The student rate for Congress is not available for anyone who currently holds a full-time paid healthcare management role. Group Registration

Guest Registration

Each attendee has the option to add one guest registration for $250. Guests may access the Exhibit Hall, Monday and Wednesday receptions, and breakfasts Monday through Wednesday. Guests are not eligible to attend education sessions, attend luncheons or earn continuing education credits.

 

Confirmations

You will receive a receipt and confirmation of your registration by email.

 

On-Site Registration

While we encourage you to register early, on-site registration is available throughout Congress. Be advised that many sessions may sell out prior to the start of Congress.

 

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund minus a processing fee, you must cancel online or over the phone by March 5, 2025. A $100 processing fee will be charged for Member/Fellow, Nonmember, Flex Pass and Day Pass cancellations. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all HEN Program Directors and Student Associate cancellations. After March 5, 2025, all refunds are forfeited.
