Plan Your Organization’s 2026 Events at Congress

All organizations, collaborating partners and chapters must complete the form below to host any type of event, regardless of size. Directly contracting space with official ACHE hotels or the convention center is not permitted.

Available Event Dates & Times

Events that overlap with ACHE educational sessions or networking receptions are not permitted. Approved events may only be scheduled during the following days and times:

  • Sunday, March 1: After 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday, March 2: After 6:45 p.m. (Commonly Used for Chapter Events)
  • Tuesday, March 3: After 5:00 p.m. (Commonly Used for Alumni Events)
  • Wednesday, March 4: After 6:45 p.m.
