Important: A new $250 Visa Integrity Fee may apply to certain international attendees traveling to the ACHE 2026 Congress on Healthcare Leadership. This fee is in addition to the standard visa fee and any additional charges. Travelers from the 42 Visa Waiver Program countries are exempt.
